Getting licensing for alcohol sales is fairly relaxed in Turkey, though prices are no longer cheap. It means that bars are open into the wee hours of the night; you'll have little need to seek out special late night club, due to this. Plenty of bars play music, both live and recorded.

Many accommodation hotels have evening entertainment which includes Turkish evenings, live music, disco and karaoke. Those on all-inclusive deals are certainly likely to stay put.
