Briefly about Farout
We have been operating cabin cruises, private charters, and land tours since 2003 and have received excellent feedback, making us one of the leading agencies operating out of Turkey. To see our reviews, please visit https://www.faroutcruises.com/review.
We operate off the following websites:
Farout Cruises: this is all about our cabin charter operations. Over 10.000 guests join our cruises each summer, and over the last few years, we have seen many repeat guests from around the world coming back to revisit us, which is only proof of getting something right.
Farout Yachting: operates our private charters. We offer you many gulets from classic luxury to deluxe if you wish to charter a private gulet for any group and budget size. There are over 400 gulets, motor yachts, and sailboats to pick from.
Farout Turkey: is all about our land tours. We have offices at various highlight destinations around Turkey, including Cappadocia, Ephesus, Fethiye, Gallipoli, Istanbul, Antalya, and Pamukkale. We operate package and day tours/activities across the whole of Turkey. Also, transfers, tailored packages, accommodation, ferries, and much more. For further information, visit www.faroutturkey.com.
FULL ASPECTS OF ALL TURKEY CRUISING ROUTES 1. We grouped all cruises under cruising routes (Coastlines). Please read about the routes first to understand what you will see on which coastline during your Gulet holiday. 2. Under each route below, you will see various cruise options from a few to 8 days; cruises will more or less visit the highlights of their route. |
These cruise options are our most recommended routes. Best for those coming on a cruise for the first time or only able to join a gulet cruise for a once-a-lifetime experience. The water is crystal clear at most stops, making it great for swimming, relaxation, and laziness. But at the same time, the itinerary can be pretty active since it includes various highlights of the Turquoise coast, such as Fethiye, Butterfly Valley, Blue Lagoon, St Nicholas Island, Simena Castle, Sunken City, and Kas, to name a few. This route lies on the ancient Lycian Coastline. Therefore, it has many relics from the Lycians, Ottomans, and Greeks.
We operate gulet cruises with the following options on these routes:
A) Mix Age Cruises: Guests on these routes are multi-country and age. The cruise is not marketed at a particular age bracket, and we usually have more than one gulet departing on each date. On these occasions, we do our best to split guests into similar ages whenever possible.
- Kids aged six and under are not permitted.
B) 19-39 Young Adults: There is a reliable option for the 18 to 39 age bracket, with weekly and 4 day options.
A/C Gulet Options: Some dates have A/C Gulet Options on both options. On cruises that have no A/C, in the hot months, most guests sleep on deck under the stars, which is like gulet cruising, and many people highlight their trip, so it is usually no big deal. Gulet cruises with AC have a 5-6 hour day limit for AC; this is the same across all companies in Turkey, not just us,ith AC does not mean you will have it whenever desired.
Dietary Requirements: Necessary dietary requirements are catered for on these routes. You can advise at the time of booking.
Cabins/Sharing etc.: On these cruises, you may be roomed in a twin, double, triple, or quad cabin, depending on our passengers' list and all other bookings. If you are a couple, please notify us when booking, and we will arrange a private cabin for couples. We will always try to have teams in double cabins, but depending on the boat layout, you may end up in a place with twin beds and a fully private cabin. People traveling as twin accommodations will also receive a private twin cabin unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. Solo travelers will be allocated into shared cabins as a twin or triple room, which can be mixed gender (we will always try to match same-gender first, but it is not guaranteed). Necessary for solo travelers or when traveling in a group with odd numbers (i.e., 3/5/7etc): other routes listed below do not allow any shared cabins/ triples, which may cause an increase of 70% - 100% for passengers. But you won't have this issue on these Fethiye/Olympos/Kas options.
Bodrum to Fethiye 8 Days 7 Nights | Fethiye to Bodrum 8 Days 7 Nights |
A tremendous new itinerary combines a few different routes between Fethiye, Gocek, Marmaris, and Bodrum. There are many highlights, such as Bodrum, Palamutbuku, Knidos Ancient City, Datca, Bozukkale, Marmaris, Dalyan/Mudbaths, Ekincik, Cleopatra Baths, 12 Islands, and Fethiye.
This cruise debuted in 2019 as a ‘test run,’ and,d we hope to make it a more regular and popular route. But currently don’t run them as regularly as our other routes. You will only see the open/bookable departures as per online availability. You can check my email to see if any other departures are added at the last minute.
