Yaglica Bay
For those that are already cruising around the area in Kekova, Yaglica Bay is a great stopping point to relax. Should you be already on a blue cruise might as well take an afternoon or a day to swim in the turquoise sea. Sailing north from the straight of Akar, the bay indents into the west. It is a small bay with room for only a few boats at a time. What’s most alluring about this spot is that it resembles a fjord when you sit in the middle of the bay. The shoreline is made of a harsh rock wall making the place a wild beauty. It almost feels like you are swimming in a natural pool surrounded by rocky hills. Take a break, for a generous dip in the crystal water while anchored here. You can swim and snorkel here at your leisure and even see the seafloor.
Within the same area of Kekova, other picturesque bays to visit are the silent Kocakari Bay and Gokkaya Bay. There is also Ucagiz Village, a charming small fishing village where you can delight in the fresh
catch of the day.
